Refund Policy
Clear, simple rules for refunds and performance-based billing.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Business Opt, including Local SEO, Launch Ads System, and Website Management.
2. Service fees are for work performed
Because services involve time and delivery, fees paid cover work performed during the billing period. Unless stated otherwise in your SOW, we do not offer refunds for work already completed.
3. Performance-based billing
Where your agreement is performance based, no fees become payable until the agreed performance conditions set out in your Service Agreement have been met. Those conditions, and how they are measured, are defined in writing before work begins.
4. Consumer cancellation
If you purchase as a consumer and not a business, you may have statutory cancellation rights for distance contracts. These can include a 14 day cancellation period in many cases.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us first at admin@business-opt.com.
6. How to request a review
Email admin@business-opt.com with your invoice number, business name, and a short explanation.
