Real wins from real businesses

Five business owners, on camera, saying what changed. No case study we wrote for them, and no number we cannot show you the working for.

  1. Kitchen spray painting · Leeds

    Matt, ColourHaus

“Our online presence has increased massively. I would recommend him 100%.”

A premium decorating firm whose problem was inconsistency rather than quality. Some weeks the phone would not stop and others went quiet for days.

  2. RSJ installation & renovations · London

    George

“Before, I struggled to find customers.”

The work was never the problem. He installs steels and runs renovations right across London, and did not appear on Google for a single area he covers. We built out pages for the areas he actually works in, and he now comes up in the top three in places like Mayfair and Kensington.

Too recent for a before and after. We have one month of tracking on George, so there is no honest percentage to quote yet.

  3. Psychotherapy · Brighton and Hove

    Bradley, BJR Psychotherapy

“I’ve tried a lot of other people, spent literally thousands, with really very little return.”

A private practice that had been through a string of other people before us, and had the invoices to prove it. Counselling gets searched for by problem, not by profession, and nothing on his site said so.

  4. Mobile tyre fitting · UK

    Hiwad, Rescue Tyres

“I’m so busy I can’t do it anymore myself.”

No shopfront and no passing trade. Rescue Tyres go out to drivers who have broken down, at whatever hour it happens, so the Google listing is the entire business.

  5. Tyres & auto servicing · Norwich

    Ash, Norwich Tyres

“My business is doing very, very well. I wasn’t expecting this in this short period.”

Six months open, and he had already paid two other firms for Google and Facebook ads with nothing to show for it. A busy garage that drivers a mile away could not find.

Before us

Most of them paid someone else first

If you have spent money on this before and got nothing back, you are not the exception here. You are the pattern.

“Spent literally thousands, with really very little return.”

Bradley had been through a string of other people before us, and had the invoices for it.

Two firms. Nothing to show.

Ash had already paid two other companies for Google and Facebook ads before he called us, six months into running his garage.

We are not going to tell you why those firms failed, because we were not in the room. What we will do on the first call is show you where you rank today and who is above you, so you can judge the diagnosis before you pay for the treatment.

The work

What happens in a week you never see

Most weeks nothing dramatic happens. That is the job. Rankings move because someone keeps doing the unglamorous parts while you are on site.

  • A post on your Google profile, every week

Written for your trade and the town you work in, with a photograph. Google reads an active profile differently from a dormant one, and most local businesses post twice a year.

  • A blog post on your own site, every week

Written around the questions your customers actually type in the weeks before they are ready to buy, which is where most of the searching happens. It gives Google a reason to come back to your site rather than treating it as something that has not changed since it was built, and every post is another page that can rank for something you sell.

  • Every review answered

Usually within a day, in your voice, including the awkward ones. Unanswered reviews are the most visible sign of a business that has stopped paying attention.

  • Your own portal, not a spreadsheet

Search impressions, clicks, calls, reviews and every post we have published, in one place you can log into at any hour without asking us for it. New figures land in the first week of each month and every previous month stays there, so you are reading a direction rather than one number on its own.

  • A monthly report that shows what worked

What moved and by how much, in plain terms you can read in two minutes. Where something has not moved yet it says so too, along with what we are changing about it.

  • Area pages built for where you actually work

Not one page listing thirty towns. Separate pages for the places you genuinely cover, which is how George ended up in the top three in Mayfair and Kensington.

  • Nothing that needs you

No content calendar to approve, no weekly call to sit through, no logins to remember. If we need something from you, it will be in the report and it will be one line long.

One business per area

We do not work with your direct competitor. If we already have a garage in your town, we will tell you on the first call and you will not hear from us again.

You are not buying hours. You are buying the only seat in your area, and it stays yours for as long as you keep it.

Nothing upfront, until it works

Where your agreement is performance based, nothing becomes payable until the conditions we agreed have been met. We write those conditions down before any work starts, along with how they get measured.

That is the part worth reading twice. Agreeing what counts as a result afterwards is how people end up paying for a report.

Not every agreement is performance based. If yours would not be, we will tell you on the first call and tell you why.

Find out where you actually rank.

Tell us your trade and the area you work. We will record a short video walking through where you come up now, who is above you, and what would have to change for you to be one of them. You keep it whether or not we end up working together.

One business per area. No cost, nothing to sign, no sales pitch.
