Common questions
Do I need to do anything each week?
No. Posts go out on their own, on your days. If you like, add photos of your work or something to promote in your portal, and we use them in your next posts.
What is a Reel?
A short video that plays in the Facebook and Instagram feeds and in their Reels tab. Ours are under 20 seconds: close-up footage of the work, a few quick points about one of your services and your phone number, cut to music. Every plan includes them.
Do you need my Facebook password?
No. You approve access for Business Opt inside Facebook, the same way you would add someone to help run your Page. You can remove it any time in your Page settings.
Will you post anything that is not true?
No. Every post is checked against what your website and Google profile say before it can go out. If it mentions something we cannot find there, it does not go out.
Can I have this without your SEO?
Yes. You can have social media on its own, with no other service. Send the form on this page and we will get you set up. If you are already a client, turn it on in your portal and it goes on your existing bill.
I do not have Instagram. Can I still have this?
Yes. We post to your Facebook Page, and add Instagram as soon as you link one to your Page.
