BathroomfitterSEOthatputsyourfinishedroomsin front of the next buyer.
For bathroom fitters, wet room installers and bathroom companies, with or without a showroom. We get your Google profile and pages in front of people planning a new bathroom, then show them the work that makes them book a survey. Local SEO and Google Business Profile work is paid on results: there is nothing to pay upfront, and you pay nothing until the results we agree with you in writing, before we start, have been met.

One bathroom firm per area: a rival down the road can't sign up
Refits, wet rooms and mobility bathrooms, each found on its own
We don't have a specialist bathroom fitter as a client yet, so there are no bathroom figures here. GS Renovation is the nearest: a London renovation firm whose pages include bathroom renovations. ColourHaus resprays kitchens in Leeds; it isn't a bathroom firm, but its buyers choose from photos of finished work, as yours do. Both figures set the first month we tracked against the best complete month after it, as Google reports them.
+160%
more clicks from Google, 176 to 458 a month
“Our online presence has increased massively. I would recommend him 100%.”
Neither client is a bathroom fitter, and this page doesn't pretend otherwise. GS Renovation's site has bathroom renovation pages, but they are too new to show figures for. It also means no bathroom firm has taken an area with us so far.
Arefit,awetroomandamobilitybathroomare three different searches.
So each one needs a separate page and a separate service on your profile. The person replacing a tired suite, the couple ripping out the bath for a walk-in shower and the daughter arranging a level-access shower for her dad type different words, worry about different things and decide at a different speed.
The ideas searches dwarf the trade ones. In Google Keyword Planner, averaged over the twelve UK months to September 2026, 'bathroom ideas' draws roughly 27,100 searches a month and 'walk in shower' 22,200, against 6,600 for 'bathroom fitter'. 'Bathroom ideas' hit 40,500 in January 2026, nearly double December's 22,200. People plan bathrooms long before they ring anyone, and the fitter whose pages show up while they plan is already on the list.
The rooms themselves are changing. In the 2025 UK Houzz Bathroom Trends Study, a survey of 330 UK homeowners on Houzz, 58% made their main shower bigger, 43% hired a bathroom fitter and 28% a bathroom designer, and 51% started because something had worn out or broken.
Full refits
The biggest audience and the slowest decision. 'How much does a new bathroom cost' gets about 2,400 UK searches a month. The page that wins answers it with your own finished jobs: what was in the room, what went in, how many days the family had no bathroom.
Walk-in showers and wet rooms
'Wet room' averages about 9,900 searches a month and 'wet room cost' 720, while 'bath to shower conversion' gets 720. A wet room page has to explain tanking, the floor gradient and the drain, because that is what the buyer is nervous about.
Accessible and mobility bathrooms
'Mobility bathroom' gets about 720 searches a month and 'walk in shower for elderly' 590. The buyer is often a son, daughter or occupational therapist, and the questions are about grants, VAT and how soon the work can start. More on that below.
Bathroomsareboughtfromphotos,so where do yours sit?
On your profile and on a write-up of every job, because that is where a buyer looks once Google has shown you. Photos are not one of the factors Google names for local ranking, and the tests on profile photos back that up. What they do is win the survey once you are on the shortlist.
Look at who already gets shown. A mobile search for 'bathroom fitters near me' set to Manchester on 21 October 2026 showed three local fitters in the map, then Google's image results further down the page. The two map firms we looked up both used Bathroom Renovator as their main category, listed dozens of individual services, and carried 83 and 35 photos on their profiles.
So each finished bathroom becomes a short page: the area, the size of the room, the tiles, the shower or bath that went in, and before and after pictures. Many are small (39% of the Houzz respondents' bathrooms were under 5 m² after the work), so a page about fitting a walk-in shower into a small bathroom in a named part of town is the one a buyer with the same room can picture.
Electrics,extractionandboilers:who signs off what.
Say it on the page, because a buyer who has read about bathroom electrics wants to know before you start. Explaining who certifies each part is part of selling a bathroom, and only the registrations you really hold go on the site.
Electrics near the bath or shower
In England, any addition or alteration to a circuit in a 'special location' is notifiable (Approved Document P). That space runs 0.6 m out from the bath or shower tray, up to 2.25 m. In a wet room with no tray, it is 1.2 m from the shower head. Certify it through a competent person scheme or building control.
The extractor fan
When a bathroom is refitted, Approved Document F says any existing fan should be kept or replaced and checked. A new intermittent fan should extract at least 15 litres a second. A replacement that uses the existing cabling doesn't need notifying. A 2026 edition takes effect in England on 24 March 2027.
Moving the boiler
A bathroom often loses its boiler cupboard. The HSE is clear: 'Anyone employed to work on gas appliances in domestic premises must be a Gas Safe registered engineer'. If your team isn't registered, the page says who does the gas work. If it is, the registration number goes beside the quote form.
Wales is different
Wales has its own rules. The Planning Portal says its special locations also include kitchens and outdoors, and its third-party certifier route applies in England only. A firm working both sides of the border needs both sets of answers on its site.
Howdoyouwinaccessiblebathroomworkagainst the national firms?
By answering the money questions locally, which the big names and the retailers mostly don't. A mobile search for 'mobility bathroom' across the UK on 21 October 2026 put a national bathroom retailer and a mobility aids shop first, a 'Popular products' panel of commodes and bath lifts lower down, and two Redditch-based installers with over 600 reviews each in the map. One of the 'People also ask' questions was 'How do you qualify for a free walk-in shower?'
The honest answer is usually a Disabled Facilities Grant, and 'disabled facilities grant' gets about 9,900 UK searches a month. A page that walks a family through it in plain words earns their trust before they have chosen a fitter. These are the facts it has to get right:
How much: up to £30,000 in England, £36,000 in Wales and £25,000 in Northern Ireland. There is no Disabled Facilities Grant in Scotland (GOV.UK).
Who applies: the owner, the tenant or the landlord can all make the application (eligibility).
The assessment: the council may send an occupational therapist or trained assessor, and must give a decision within six months (how to claim). The work should then be finished within 12 months of approval.
VAT: providing or adapting a bathroom, shower or wet room to suit a disabled person's condition in their own home can be zero-rated, with a declaration from the customer. For people aged 60 or over, grab rails, built-in shower seats and walk-in baths with sealable doors carry a reduced rate when you supply and fit them (VAT Notice 701/7).
Checkatradeshowsyourbuyerapricebefore they see you.
That's why your own site needs a straight answer on cost. In the same Manchester search, the first ordinary result was a Checkatrade bathrooms page whose Google snippet read 'Bathroom fitter: £2815 on average' and 'Wet rooms installation: £6350 on average'. Below it came BookaBuilderUK, Which? Trusted Traders, Trustatrader and more Checkatrade pages.
Those platforms can fill a diary, but they charge for it. Checkatrade sells monthly plans with leads, and MyBuilder's shortlist fee is due once a customer's details are shared with you, whether or not you get the job (how each one charges). Google's own pay-per-lead adverts, Local Services Ads, have no bathroom category in the UK, so for bathrooms the map and your own pages are the parts of Google you can hold.
Showrooms and fitters are set up differently. A showroom with staffed hours shows its address; a fitter who goes to the customer runs a service-area profile with the address hidden. If you fit kitchens too, SEO for kitchen companies covers that side.

The groundwork below, done by us while you're on the tools. Your website, ads and social media get their own quotes after the free analysis.
The profile: main and extra categories that match the bathrooms you want more of, with each job type listed as a service. Choosing the main category.
A page per job type: refits, en-suites, walk-in showers, wet rooms, mobility bathrooms and tiling, each answering cost, timing and who certifies what. What a service page needs.
A write-up of each finished bathroom, named by area, with your own before and after photos.
Reviews: once the bathroom is handed over, the customer is sent a simple request to review you, and every review gets an answer. Google's rules on asking.
Matching listings: Checkatrade, Which? Trusted Traders, Houzz and the rest, so your business name, address and phone number read the same on every one. The citations worth having.
Your figures: profile calls and views and Search Console clicks in your portal each month.

Whatpeopleask us
Have you worked with bathroom fitters before?
Not as a specialist client, and we won't pass off another trade's figures as bathroom results. The nearest is GS Renovation, a London renovation firm whose site includes bathroom renovation pages. Every area is still open to a bathroom firm.
What does SEO cost for a bathroom company?
We don't publish prices. A design-led showroom in a city and a two-person fitting team in a market town need different amounts of work, so you get a figure after the free analysis, before you agree to anything. Local SEO and profile work costs nothing before we begin, and nothing at all until the result written down with you before we start has been met. From then it is a monthly fee, and you can cancel it in any month. Leave before the result and you owe nothing. How UK SEO is usually priced.
Should I buy bathroom fitter leads instead?
Use them if they pay for themselves, but don't build the business on them. On MyBuilder, for example, the shortlist fee is due even if the customer picks someone else. A Google profile with recent reviews and photos of your own bathrooms keeps working without a charge per enquiry, and it stays yours if a platform changes its prices. How the platforms compare.
How long before I get more bathroom enquiries?
There's no honest date to give, since no agency controls Google. The pace depends on the firms ahead of you, which the free analysis sizes up, and on your buyers, who can spend months saving bathroom photos before they ask anyone round to measure. If you need surveys booked this month, Google Ads work faster and have their own quote. Waiting costs you nothing, because no SEO fee starts before the result we agreed is met.
Will you work for another bathroom fitter near me?
No. We take one bathroom firm per area and never work for a direct rival, so while you're with us, a fitter chasing the same bathrooms near you gets a no. If someone already has your area, we tell you on the first call.
Can you help us get Disabled Facilities Grant work?
We can make your accessible bathroom pages answer the questions families ask, in line with GOV.UK, and make sure they come up for local searches. The grant itself is the council's decision, and councils run their own processes, so the page tells people to check with their council before any work starts. We don't claim council approvals or framework places you don't hold.
I'm a plumber who fits bathrooms. Is this the right page?
If bathrooms are most of your work, yes: the profile and pages are built around them. If emergency call-outs and boilers bring in most of the money, SEO for plumbers is the better fit. Plenty of firms do both; the free analysis compares what each kind of search is worth where you work.
Will my current website do?
Usually, yes. We take on sound sites whoever built them. If yours can't show a gallery of finished bathrooms properly or is slow on a phone, the video points it out. A rebuild gets its own quote, which isn't paid on results: websites for tradesmen.
Yournextcustomerissavingbathroomphotos.Are any of them yours?
Tell us whether you fit refits, wet rooms or mobility bathrooms, and where you work. A short video of your market reaches you within two working days: the bathroom searches where you appear today, who ranks above you and the gap between you. It's yours to keep, and if we think your area is out of reach, we'll tell you so in the recording.
